Eighty two boats registered for the Felsenthal Bream Tournament, the centerpiece event for the festival. The festival was impressive for a town of 150 people. The festivities included a gospel-sing, arts and crafts show, merchant exhibits, a climbing rock, water slide, merchants, a beauty pageant, a "stree dance" in their pavillion, and more. People from several states plied the Felsenthal waters for the scrappy pan fish for which the festival is named.
